International Shipping; who pays for duty or custom fees?
When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
StaydiumLA isn’t responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed.

When will my order ship?

In the US – we offer free domestic shipping. Orders are packed and shipped within 2-3 business days of order. Based on location, delivery will take between 1 – 5 business days. International order may vary.

Does StaydiumLA ship internationally?

StaydiumLA currently ships internationally. Rates vary based on location, package size and speed. Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Recipient must pay all duties.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so we’ll do our best to help you with any changes or cancellations before your order ships. Email us at to get it updated before your package goes out!


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Staydium.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a refund for any returned merchandise. 

Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached and in original packaging (where applicable). 

International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please include the original packing list with your return to avoid any delays in processing. Once the package is received, our warehouse will process the return, and you will be notified via email.

My package is lost!

Ah! If your package is lost in transit, please email us immediately. After an order has been delivered to the order address, we are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS or UPS for claims.
